My fax attachment doesn't open.
First check you are using the right viewer. Have a look at our Viewing Faxes guide.
If the file is very small (2 bytes), a fax transmission error occured. These are rare, but can happen now and again due to poor connections or line noise. Ask the sender to try again or use a different machine if possible.
