Here's What Happened

There's lots than can happen when a fax is sent. To help you along, here are the more common results...

Fax Transmitted Successfully

Congratulations, your fax was successfully delivered to its destination. In brackets after the message is a note of the number of pages that were sent along with the number of credits used to send the fax.

Fax Transmission Error

An error occurred during the fax transmission. It may be worth trying to resend the message. If it doesn't work the second time, it could be a fault with the remote fax machine.

Remote Fax Machine Not Responding

The system has attempted to deliver your fax 5 times over a period of 10 minutes and the phone number was either engaged or not answered by a fax machine. Please check your destination number before retrying.

Unauthorised Sender Email Address

Your email address isn't in our database, so you don't have permission to send faxes. Please check with your system administrator, or contact us if you would like us to look into it.

Unrecognised Fax Number Dialling Code

The dialling code that you are using is unrecognised. Please double check it and, if you are sure it is correct, please contact us so we can update our databases.

Account Suspended or Cancelled

Your account has been suspended or cancelled. Please contact us for more details.

Insufficient Credits Available to Send This Fax

If you are a pre-pay customer, you need to purchase more credits via the faxtastic web site in order to send this fax. If you are an account customer, please reply to this email so we can sort out the problem.
